BLOCK ISLAND OVERNIGHT TRIP

Service Description

Meet Latitude 41 in Newport Harbor before Noon! Pack your lunch and set sail to Block Island! Take in Block Island Harbour and enjoy drinks on board! Take the launch to town for Dinner! Return to the boat and enjoy the night under the stars! We provide breakfast on board! Take your last morning walk/paddle/swim and eat lunch on shore! We set sail back to Newport approximately 2pm.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions The Charter operates under the authority of the captain. The captain has the authority to terminate the Charter in the event of unacceptable conduct by the Charter party. No illegal substances or firearms are permitted onboard. Discovery of the presence and use of illicit substances and firearms will immediately terminate the Charter without refund, and the vessel will return to homeport. When you reserve a charter date, it is your Charter date if the captain determines that the date is sailable. It is your responsibility to arrange your party unless otherwise agreed in writing. A cancellation called by the captain due to weather or mechanical problems will create either a deposit credited toward another Charter date, or you may request a refund. The Charter includes proper use of our adequately outfitted catamaran and the captain. The captain and crew shall not be held liable for any injury or fatality caused by either direct or indirect action of any member of the charter party. The balance of your Charter price over and above your deposit is due and payable, at the latest, on the dock before leaving on your trip. No trash, garbage, or other materials are thrown overboard into the water. The captain may call you before your trip to discuss the weather, sea conditions, etc. Smoking is NOT permitted in the vessel. Cancellations must be made in writing before 48 hours for full refund. If canceled within 24 hours from sail time, you lose the deposit and cancellations on the day of charter you are responsible to pay in full. Charterer agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipment aboard the yacht. Charterer agrees to pay Latitude 41 Charters the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment. Please plan to be at the dock 10 minutes before the agreed start time. Charterers and guests agree to conduct themselves appropriately on marina property by respecting the privacy of other boats at the dock and maintaining safe and appropriate behavior on the dock and on Latitude 41.
